We are confident you will be happy with The Atlas Support and Stabilization System, so if you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, simply return it to us within 30 days of our shipment to you for a full refund of the product’s cost.

We do ask that returned products be in like-new condition with original packaging and materials. Unfortunately refunds cannot be accepted if parts are missing.

Instructions on returning your Atlas System:
 
1. Email us at: support@atlascamerasupport.com to let us know you are returning your Atlas System. Wait for a return email, which we need you to print and ship with your return.

2. Pack the product in its original box along with an appropriate shipping container.

3. Be sure to use a package-shipping service such as United Parcel Service, Federal Express or the United States Postal Service that is able to track shipments.

30 Day Warranty on all parts

If any part in your Atlas System package becomes inoperable within 30 days of receiving it, we will replace the part.

We may require you to ship the suspect part back to us for evaluation. If we deem the part to be defective we will refund your shipping cost and ship a new part immediately.
