WARRANTY POLICY

All parts have a 30-day warranty, except for the fiberglass rods.  Due to the nature of the usage of the rod and the variance in each operator's handling of the item, it is not covered by our warranty.  Please contact us via email or phone if you wish to file a claim.  All claims must include the return of the defective part. 

 

RETURN POLICY

We personally inspect and test every single item that goes into every package before it gets shipped.  We are confident you will be happy with The Atlas Support and Stabilization System, so if you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return it to us within 15 days of you receiving it for a full refund of the product's cost, provided parts have not been damaged due to misuse.  Shipping charges are not refunded.

We do ask that returned products be in like-new condition with original packaging and materials.  Unfortunately, returns cannot be accepted if parts are missing or damaged due to misuse/not following instructions and weight guidelines.  

We regret we cannot offer refunds past 15 days of receipt of the item or on custom orders unless the item was defective prior to usage.  

 

INSTRUCTIONS FOR RETURNING YOUR ATLAS SYSTEM:

1. Email us at: info@atlascamerasupport.com to let us know you are returning your Atlas System.  Wait for a return email, which you need to print and include with your return.

2. Pack your Atlas in an appropriate shipping container.

3. Be sure to use a packaging-shipping service such as UPS, Fedex, or the United States Postal Service that is able to track shipments.
